Celebrities have a way of making normal people disgusted about the way they look. From the way they dress and from the way they are able maintain the super slim figure without even adding a single inch to their waist line even after years and years in the industry. One of the best things to do to reduce weight is to decrease on calorie consumption. The fewer calories you consume, the less fat accumulation takes place. There is no way of consuming fewer calories without cutting back on food consumption, but what if there was a way to cut back on calorie consumption without feeling hungry? There are many foods that have fewer calories and consuming them will only reduce your calorie intake. Take for instance consuming half a pound of cabbage and half a pound of finger chips is taken by the stomach as equal amount of food and it does not trouble people to eat more. Hence health substitutes like cabbage, fresh water etc help in suppressing hunger to a large extent. Salads before food can save you from eating more food and accumulating more calories. Of course you can exercise once you have consumed all these, but that would be unfair now, would it?
